This programme provides all the information and setup stages for organisations to complete to setup the Inclusive Reciprocal Mentoring Programme in their organisation. You will need an enrolment key to access this course which you receive following completion of your registration form.

This programme is for individuals recruited to the Inclusive Reciprocal Mentoring Programme within your organisation, it is a 12-month online programme made up of 5 modules during which you will partake in paired activities and Action Learning Impact Groups. To access this course you will need an enrolment key that is provided by your organisation following registration to the programme.
